It is good. But good people are leaving. I have not seen a senior developer hired in quite a while in Burlington.

Salary seems very competitive to me.

Helping others understand new functionality, whether that is internal or external people

My team works very closely together. Product Owner/Dev/QA all work closely on tickets.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Seems to be very open and honest about current company status and where we are hoping to be going.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Striving to have happy customers even though the product is so complex and there are so many variables for why a customer might not be happy, I do think it is everyone's goal to have happy customers.
