The fact that I / we continue having the opportunity and flexibility to work remotely.

The HealthEdge leadership team seems to value employees, a commitment to diversity and work life balance.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The expectation has been set by leadership, for the most part, to value and respect cultural and social differences.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The bonus structure has been good to me, for the past couple of years. Also, the PTO policies are considerable for employees.
