They need to get on board with the company's goals and not self served interests
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The team environment is us vs. them. Both my coworkers have made complaints to HR against our manager and both have made further claims of retaliation for those complaints. I'm walking on eggshells around all of them because of this
