Feeling included and welcomed and comfortable to ask as many questions as I need to, as often as I need to.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are very helpful and honest about how difficult the transition can be. I like that someone is always willing to help me.
What makes you most happy at work?
Learning new things is something I typically enjoy and everything looks new, even with a lot of the concepts and tasks feeling familiar.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The salary is the best part. Medical insurance is better than what I had recently but not the best I've ever had. Vision and Dental seem pretty great.
