So far, I have really liked the work life balance, but have been bored at times. I feel like it is a bit disorganized and process are not ironed out or followed well.

they are pretty transparent with decision making

the fact that we are 100% remote and generally pretty flexible about it

I feel like there is a lot of swirling around big projects or initiatives. things are slow to move.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I am not "excited" about the day to day work I have. I would like projects that are a good fit for me.
