Darcy G. Mott — Executive VP, CFO & Treasurer at HealthEquity

Mr. Darcy G. Mott has been the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Treasurer at HealthEquity, Inc. since March 2007 and serves as its Principal Accounting Officer. He has been Vice President, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of The Canopy Group, Inc., a technology investment company, since May 1999. Prior to joining Canopy, Mr. Mott served as Vice President and Treasurer at Novell, a provider of Internet business solutions, from December 1995 to September 1998 and prior to serving in that position, Mr. Mott served in various other financial management positions for Novell since September 1986. Mr. Mott worked for Arthur Andersen & Co., a global provider of professional services, as a staff accountant from 1977 to 1980, as an audit senior from 1980 to 1983 and as an audit manager from 1983 to 1986. He has been a Director of MTI Technology Corp., since July 2002 and serves as the Chairman of Nominating Committee. He is a Director of EBIZ Enterprises, Inc. since June 2002. He serves as Director, Member of Audit Committee and Member of Litigation Oversight Committee at TSG Group, Inc. Mr. Mott also serves as a Member of the board of Directors of various privately held companies. He served as a Director of Altiris Inc., a systems management software company, since May 2000 until April 2004. Mr. Mott is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.S. Degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University.
