Consistenct work flow processes. Better communication amongst different departments. We all do things differently and seemly against each other! It is a very bizarre work culture. In meetings they only discuss good things and how amazing everytjing is meanwhile there is daily chaos. Onbase is bad

Reorganize the analysts into their business units so they can work on legitimate projects. The CAO recycles ideas with outdated consultant jargon but analysts want impactful work. The CAO and his club should support business analytics and not create priorities based on their resumes.

I feel very undervalued , this company os the worse

They could pay me 20k more and I would still be unhaply because they are so unorganized. I left a stable organized employer for this chaitic company thinking it was something it is not. One of my biggest regrets. They also have Covid policies that are unethical. They steal money from unvaccinated pp

There is diparity in compensation based on the individual rather than role and scope of responsibility.

I feel like receiving higher wages would make me happier and feel more appreciated

Everything and everyone needs to improve

People who care able their selves alone should be removed.

Communication, sense of urgency, and accountability are lacking.

Analytics direction comes from inexperienced managers who only care about how smart they look. Priorities constantly change like a consulting company.

It was only negative because the director lied. She lied about somethings that made me accept the position and then went back on it once I was hired. It was so low. If I could have left then I would have. Makes me feel very badly.

Bettet coordination of recruittment with the hiring manager. In addition to reducing the time to get candidates screened and offer presented.

They need onterdepartmental collabortion. They need better training on appeals and regulatory guidelines. Thry put so much emphasis on productivity but not quality. They allow staff to send cases to quality knowing that it may be wrong. We learn in real time and held accountable.

I dont know whst can be improved

They claim to care about their members however I do not believe that. They care about thwir bottom line which is always financial. Just like they dont care about their employees. If they did they would assess their many faulty work flow processes. Their appeal intake department is the worst!
