What are some of the best things about your team?Good Middle mgrs. Or they try anyways. Only so much they can do when their mgrs have no common sense and need to be verbally told numerous times to communicate. What mgmt team needs to be told to communicate and why do employees need to BEG for communication!? Blows my mind
What do you like best about the leadership team? They are huge micro managers....
What is the best part about your compensation package? The bonuses are really great!
What needs to change to make the company culture better? Some leadership that isn't clueless and understands the basics and foundation. NO solid foundation or basics across the board for the departments. KISS.. Something these morons never learned when they got their degrees . Keep it simple stupid. Need to start at the foundation, lose the arrogance
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Upper mgmt very arrogant. They show up to tell you when you are wrong, don't provide answers to your questions when you ask how to be better or the specifics on changes in policies. They change policies every day but won't explain them. Biggest schmucks I've ever run across in my life. Common sense?
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Horrible training. Can't even provide updated documents in one local place for support. If their heads weren't attached to their bodies, I don't think they'd be able to locate it.
