What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company? We help people and coworkers are nice.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?They do not listen and expect things that are humanly impossible such as expecting 100% customer service when they make us do up to 6 chats and a call all at the same time.

What needs to change to make the company culture better? An public audit of compensation and legal department recommendations to HR. There needs to be a reckoning before the culture will improve.
