- What does the leadership team need to get better at?They do not listen and expect things that are humanly impossible such as expecting 100% customer service when they make us do up to 6 chats and a call all at the same time.
- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?All my previous comments have detailed what is wrong.
- What needs to change to make the company culture better?An public audit of compensation and legal department recommendations to HR. There needs to be a reckoning before the culture will improve.
