What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very nice and dont complain
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Positive reinforcement will go a long way. You will always be able to get higher productivity from someone who feels appreciated and valued. Better utilization of finances across the entire workforce (stop giving to one and not the other). Reinstate company Christmas party and bonuses.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Benefits are covering medical expenses but just barely. Offer monetary insentives for going the extra mile (weekend office work, etc). Specific recognition for a job well done.

Caretakers work hard! Compassionate, Consistent & Reliable, we love what we do
Offers to help out when the stress of the day takes its toll. Laughter is healing and can increase productivity.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The clients we provide care for
Getting the Caretakers paperwork collected, handing out PPE. Nice decor, clean & good lightening & seating
As the first brick and mortar that opened, we tend to facilitate a good reputation in the community. Before being bought out by HAH, we used to volunteer at local events and earned the trust of locals by p"practicing what we preached".

Allowing my voice to be heard, my past experience to propel me forward, and taking every situation individually so that it can be handled on a one b] one basis.

Acknowledge the good work of caretakers, bonuses & better pay, stop cheating the workers
Get back to the core values of being a home health company. Lift each other up and stop trying to profit from the illnesses/handicap/struggle of others. (even if means taking a loss in order to grasp the concept).
