What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Acknowledge the good work of caretakers, bonuses & better pay, stop cheating the workers
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Positive reinforcement will go a long way. You will always be able to get higher productivity from someone who feels appreciated and valued. Better utilization of finances across the entire workforce (stop giving to one and not the other). Reinstate company Christmas party and bonuses.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Benefits are covering medical expenses but just barely. Offer monetary insentives for going the extra mile (weekend office work, etc). Specific recognition for a job well done.
