I worked at the Chevrolet location in tallahasee for nearly 3 years befor i was transfered yo the Buick location for filing a complaint. The lack of commitment to following the core values is something im sure Mr. H would not allow if he knew what was going on. Very hostile environment.
What makes you most happy at work?
My co workers and the ability to help customer fufill their needs
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication, leadership in general and one of the core values; accountability at all levels.
What did you like most about the interview process?
That they explained their core values and stressed that they have a fair and supporting staff
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Hold everyone accountable for their actions, behaviors and statements. A manager should never call employees out of their name, tell them to kill themselves or anything close to that nature
What are some of the best things about your team?
My teammates are very team oriented and helpful. You could almost say we are trauma bonding. We are each others ear to listen and also dont mind helping out at work or in the real world
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because when I shared my feelings about how management was mistreating me to my district manager, I recieved no response and was directed to my gm who told me I was "on the defense" and that what i was talking about basically never happened and then I was transferred.
