Communicating at grass root level and less nepotism
Dealing directly with issues , rather than simply relying on useless middle managers or appointing yet another "manager" to deal with things. Stop plugging the company as a "world class" employer , it isnt anywhere near.
Understanding and engaging with their staff at ALL levels , and in ALL departments , rather than focussing on Sales alone.
Understanding what their staff do , stop focusing on vanity projects, be less narcissistic.
Directors need to engage with employees rather than listen to middle managers who are inept , lazy , and out of their depth
There is no compensation and for ehat
Actually get paid for the job done , not just parts of it. Reward experience and length of service , not just bring in new people on more money as though they are doing you a favour.
It is sad to find people on differing salaries doing the same jobs , and the company discouraging comparison . There should be a fair and realistic salary structure , not just the company paying as little as it thinks it can get away with.
Workload massively increased without management recognition, salary minimum wage , bonuses cut and cut again.
No career reviews or cost of living rises , ever increasing workloads without any compensation , no interest from management except to say how lucky you are to have a job.

Get in touch with all staff
Stop treating employees as if they are "lucky to have a job" , and actually recognise who does the work and generates the turnover.
More interaction between departments , and sites. More staff consultations. Less management hubris.
Directors to be less remote , middle managers to be less sycophantic , all staff to receive the training they are promised.
Needs to stop making employees feel isolated , and to address issues rather than sweep them under the carpet
Try listening and take on board experience
Stop making promises about future training and progression , and bonuses , that in reality , will never materialise
Dont promise things that will never be delivered.
Less focus on the company's oast , more on promising reality than stories.
Stop making assurances and promises that in reality are never adhered to or achieved.
More involvement from CEO he is in the dark
MD detached from reality, problems swept under the carpet , the company name carries far less weight with its customers than the board think.
Routine same daily , no chance to discuss , and very little ongoing training or variation.
