The actual job is good but can be very stressful. It is very hard to get time off of work even in times of emergencies.

Its very agile and specific when it comes to decision making and stratergising new methodologies and implementing them.

It's not a bad place to work, and the people are great, but with reducing benefits and constant layoffs the morale has been absolutely terrible. Senior leadership seems completely disconnected from day-to-day work are speak a lot about fantastic sounding future plans that never seem to arrive.
