What do you like best about the leadership team?
Good at what they do
I like corporation between the team members
Clear thinkers with a knack for unconventional thinking
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Appreciation for efforts and transparency in the process for appraisal
Less changes. Equal division of authority and work. Hire less freshers. More experienced people.
Listen and be humble instead of being chaotic
Listen to your team. Stop forced RTO. Do a proper career mapping else attritions will continue and increase.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Good salary & commission plan
They pay above market rate and in line with inflation
It’s a fair balance across all elemen
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Do not include benefits like PF, insurance etc in the CTC. This should be additional.
Zero work life balance or boundaries. Better health insurance and benefits could help offset wages
Problematic career goals, lack of experience on floor
Experience matters. That is not even considered these days and one can be randomly demoted if not from designation perspective but definitely from a role perspective. Designations don't determine what you should be working on.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Excellent atmosphere between colleagues, very constructive and friendly exchange.
Everyone is helpful and extremely productive
Hard working, Willing to help each other
We all feel the same way
Generally motivated and high caliber
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Be more supportive and do not criticize others.
Co-workers are all leaving. It's just new hires and interns everywhere.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Continues growth means more opportunities
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Please trust employees and promotions need to be based on competence not tenure.
The entire leadership should be changed
Management and their lies. Everybody can see through your imaginary list and imaginary career plans that you have for your people. Also people are not numbers during resource allocation.
What did you like most about the interview process?
People who conducted interview were polite and invested time to have a conversation.

To be fair and not choose people by their looks

Coworkers, paycheck and weekends. Company holidays.
