Appreciation for efforts and transparency in the process for appraisal
Less changes. Equal division of authority and work. Hire less freshers. More experienced people.
Listen and be humble instead of being chaotic
Listen to your team. Stop forced RTO. Do a proper career mapping else attritions will continue and increase.
Do not include benefits like PF, insurance etc in the CTC. This should be additional.
Zero work life balance or boundaries. Better health insurance and benefits could help offset wages
Experience matters. That is not even considered these days and one can be randomly demoted if not from designation perspective but definitely from a role perspective. Designations don't determine what you should be working on.
Problematic career goals, lack of experience on floor
Be more supportive and do not criticize others.
Co-workers are all leaving. It's just new hires and interns everywhere.
Please trust employees and promotions need to be based on competence not tenure.
Management and their lies. Everybody can see through your imaginary list and imaginary career plans that you have for your people. Also people are not numbers during resource allocation.

To be fair and not choose people by their looks
Customer support and transparency is lacking
Employee satisfaction, career mapping, compensation, skills
Trust employees and do not micro manage
