It has been a short period of time. I have already taken on the majority of the responsibility in my field. I feel as if it is a very negative place. There is lots of back stabbing and overall laziness.

They need more direction and training.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy meeting new people and helping to solve issues.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
there needs to be more community and communication between departments
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I feel that we are more worried about profit than quality. Take care of your customers and they will take care of you.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am making minimum wage and work more hours than the manager. I also have more responsibility that the manager and work out more problems.
