Communication with MasterCorp & Hilton. Mastercorp is use to their old ways& does not see the standards that fit for the future of Hilton Grand vacations.
Communication & follow through with plan of action so it does not affect the days of work ahead. Like the guest/owners check ins & departures. The cleanliness of the units/townhomes.
Everything.. New training program for everyone that was with Diamond Resorts. So they are on the same page as Hilton grand vacations. & give the quality of work to each client , guest & future owner.
