The human experience. We were all in this together. I was transparent the last thing I wanted was to be in my 30s in a call center with kids after doing 10 yrs at one. So we worked on goals what do they want and provides resources to help each other achieve our goals

Team is supportive and helps each other get better. There is always some terrible new hires that are out to take advantage of everyone. Beware of the shady manipulative people.

Communication & follow through with plan of action so it does not affect the days of work ahead. Like the guest/owners check ins & departures. The cleanliness of the units/townhomes.
