What i like most was that the managers were warm an inviting an when i started working with the company the warm welcome remained the same an they are very hands on with making sure that the new beginners feel welcome an are being trained properly.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
More positive & do not tell me about reasons why previous employee is being demoted & than suddenly let go. Its none of mu business.
