Paid time away from work.

Everyone comes in to perform at a high level

This remote based work, so home is comfortable.
Most of the sales reps, sales managers, and other staff are friendly
People are helpful and most are positive
We worked on night there no politics
Everyone gets along very well
They generally treat people with some respect.
Nothing absomutely nithing since Holiday Inn showed up to take us over and treat us beyond badly!

Having goals or standards that are achievable.
Establish transparent and trust worthy management
Everything.. New training program for everyone that was with Diamond Resorts. So they are on the same page as Hilton grand vacations. & give the quality of work to each client , guest & future owner.
