To start, being trust worthy leaders. They are disgusting creatures wearing human skin.

Leadership is aware and allows tge bad actors to continue to abuse Sales Staff. Leadership allows post rescission defaults misreports the truth to SEC and takes commisions back from sales executives. Tells employees to punch out in between tours snd threatems if they dont they eill be sent home.
