What makes you most happy at work?
Community. We were like minded so we helped each to stay focused on are goals.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The same respect we are trained to give agent the leadership team should be treated the same. We are all human going through things. This creates a culture so we are meeting our mission statement creating owners from the inside

My skill my values aligned with the company No matter your background taking the time to hear someone story than tailor questions to that person experience Not only build confidence In the potential employee and trust with leader but make sure they fit the culture
What are some of the best things about your team?
The human experience. We were all in this together. I was transparent the last thing I wanted was to be in my 30s in a call center with kids after doing 10 yrs at one. So we worked on goals what do they want and provides resources to help each other achieve our goals
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a leader my job was building a team. What made my team successful was my focus was treating them like I want My previous experience helped me to identify with my teams needs and with my training my agents made more than me. Aa leader the hardest part is managing the person on a hamster wheel.
