Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?It is hard to pay bills when sometimes you have 40hrs of work and the next week 28 and you never know whats coming but they make the hours as low as possible to pay the least necessary- deapite how much work there is to do. This is 100% not a way to ensure employee loyalty or keep talent.
