What did you like most about the interview process?I felt very comfortable during the interview and was encouraged to be myself. My interviewers were very kind and asked relevant questions that allowed me to express my personality and work background.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I feel as though there are others in my company who started several years after me who are making nearly the same amount of salary while doing much less work and have less responsibilities.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I feel as though I am paid below the industry average for my current role. I am at times working more than 40 hours per week in order to do everything I can for the client, but feel my compensation does not match my professional growth at times.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Communication between CEO and new team members. It would be beneficial if we had a yearly check-in with the CEO, even if only for 15 minutes to review how our year has gone.
