- What are some of the best things about your team?My team was creative, innovative and a joy to meet and work with. Leadership wouldn't listen to anything we had to say, even when we discovered a multi-million dollar problem that would have been easily solved by listening to us. Our voices were not valued.

- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Some serious product issues that weren't caught in testing..... Because there was none! I don't see a successful future for HME.
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Pretty much anything related to management. I scratch my head when I see people like this in management.
- What would you improve about your company's interview process?I wouldn't make a candidate go through four interviews and then wait a month to offer them a job.
