Its a very enjoyable enviorment i love my coworkers, they love each other, and we can disagree wothout too much confrontation. Its slightly drainging when its busy but that is to be expected, busy times are also cery consistent day out so its easy to prepare for them. The managers are great. Love it

When everything runs smoothly and there are no issues.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was fast and i was told i got the job during the interview and didnt have to wait.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work well together. We all help each other out noone just sits around. I feel like most the people i work with need to move around to get through the day faster rather than sitting around watching the clock. This helps the restaurant run smoothly.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They work very well and act as goals or a following guide for the newer employees. They help keep the restaurant grounded and if even one of them is there you can expect to have a smooth day, and they do an amazing job of training others such as myself to inherit the same qualities!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone at my job besides a few few employees including myself as ive been working here for 4-5months, are long time friends with each other kinda like a big family. Some of them really are family so thought it happened slowly and overtine working there feels like km working woth a sort if work fam
What is the best part about your compensation package?
When i finish school the company has a program that will pay for all of it! 401k is anazing too as well as health care, as a young 19 hear old man going into this world i find it beneficial to be able to have regular doctor check ups without worrying too much about the price.
