Remember the people who are making this company successful
Stop the bullying and talk with the employees to see what can be approved on. Get rid of the bullies in Management and get new people in there to improve working conditions.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Everything is pretty good about it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company gives 1-3% cost of living raise while managers get thousands of dollar in bonuses. No employees get bonuses.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We help each other get through the day when it comes to our manager and her bullying tactics.
They are fun and nice to be around.
