I am very grateful for the opportunity to work here and love my work

I have been fortunate to have the opportunity to advance at Hollister. It's a combination of great leadership, being at the right place at the right time, and being able to fill a gap at the organization. My experience is wonderful. We are not perfect, but we try very hard to be great.

I feel as though I am not only part of a team but a close knit community that supports each other and cheers others on to be their best. Politics do not play a role in how the company is run from a leadership standpoint nor does it play into the desk level of the business either.

Overall, I feel like we all try very hard with very good intentions. Sometimes we miss the mark but we don't stop. We continue to push forward with new methods and practices. It is a dynamic place to work.
