Honda Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

i can not say much

Honda has very good health insurance, all sorts of other perks, childcare reimbursement being one of them. Honda has never had a layoff and always provided a bouns every year. If sales are slow you can still come in to work and earn a paycheck

Honda matches your 401k. They offer FMLA, excellent benefits.

Review from Operations Dept

The best part about the compensation package is student loan repayment and childcare assistance, and affordable medical insurance

Its good for the role

Very Competitive, and fair and equitable.

profit sharing bonus every year before our weekly paid holidays, two bonuses each year and two paid shutdowns for july and christmas

medical benefits are very good

Dental vision medical at low cost

medical coverage, employee car program

Company car is the best benefit

Vacation time is always best

401K is matched at 8%

Benefits seem to be good

Review from Product Dept

Good insurance policy, good employee compensation

Attendance bonus that accumulates as months roll on

Review from Operations Dept

I get paid good its a good place to work

Review from Engineering Dept

How incentivized it is to sell more vehicle.

Review from Sales Dept

Good lease program for associates

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

It's the industry approach to pay structure and staffing.

i'm contingent, i'm just a widget

Receiving a part of Company stocks

Pay has been frozen for years. Pay is lower than industry standards for engineers by at least 20%.

Our compensation is below industury average and not keeping up with inflation

Better pay. Management actually putting effort into things that actually matter

Better pay with considerate hours

There is no weekly Holiday .... Employee also want to take rest .... No fixed timing is there.... working hours are not fixed ....

If management would actually be on the floor and do the processes and see the problems

Higher pay and more PTO for employees

Treat all employees with respect and commitment

Pay rate has not increased in 20 years. Benefits have been slashed, insurance premiums have risen dramatically. Constant threats of lay-offs, unorganized

Taking it back to a two year top out.

I would like to be paid a little more for the amount of work I do. The insurance is way to expensive. Even the high deductible plan is almost 350 out of every paycheck for me and a child.

equal pay between men and women

Wages are really bad along with hours and labor

We're worked as cattle. Non-stop work, no idle time.

Review from Operations Dept

Never told doing good job, no bonus at Christmas not even a card!

Review from Sales Dept

Pay needs to stay at least average with the position as seen on salary.com. Honda’s pay growth Keeps you just at inflation but that’s after merit increases and promotions. Bonus is very small. They always say their benefits make up for pay but looking at salary.com shows their benefits are very

Higher pay would even out the hours and amount of work expected from us.
