I have worked for Honda twice now, I think you would keep more employees if people that were already there didn’t try to make new people want to leave. I’m a very strong person and I’m there to make ends meet…..if I was younger I probably would have quit by now. I think Honda needs a person

Managers are the worst in North Carolina location, for power equipment
Less mandatory overtime so morale isnt so low. More concern for life outside the plant

They need to vet their directors properly. People with management skills that invoke fear should not become managers. They make people not want to work for the company.

Stop taking away benefits while demanding more from employees. Stop allowing nepotism and sexism from running rampant. Management and management trainees consist solely of white and Japanese men. From the top all the way to the lowest supervisors. women/persons of color never get past floor mngr.
