What I can give, what I can learn, and what I can gain
I like to see positive results across the organization that are based on real challenges that were overcome.

The ability to help people.
The executive team speaks a lot but there is no execution. Company gives in to the customers and this in turn is the reason why the company is not meeting the financial goals stated in Allan's year end message.

Management is lacking qualification in many areas, most don't know to approach the position without using hostility towards the people actually doing the work. Our own has been cited on harassment complaints multiple times and has yet to change his attitude in spite of being told to do so by HR

Management restructuring; there needs to be a clear and concise schedule for coordinators coming in daily to a mess of conflicting plans for the shift due to multiple supervisors wanting to do things their own way and then blaming the ones doing the work when something falls through.
Working in a hybrid model would be extremely helpful, as the daily commute—an hour each way—has become mentally and physically exhausting. Having the flexibility to work from home part of the week woul
