What do you like best about the leadership team?
Nothing as of right now.
Friendly and willing to associate with the entire employee staff, no one is bigger.
Their care for the employees.
Focus customer experience and try to be easy to business with and comply with internal controls as well

Flexibility regarding scheduling & work from home when verifiable extenuating circumstances arise; pay rates need to catch up to the cost of living; managers need to be more engaged with their employees, provide feedback more frequently than just annual performance evals; more honesty/transparency.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Paid raise and need to work 8 hour days not 10
Money is not always the driving force. With more people opting for hybrid and or working remotely coming up with some sort of option for those who are expected to work in the office would be nice. Every other month, longer hours with half days anything but we get nothing
To be paid for the role that is asked of us to do on a daily basis.

When leadership fails your employees follow suit not to mention when you an array of various work ethic complied those that work always get devalued and those that skim by get off
accountability, teamwork and the willingness to help out and learn not just set back and watch things move as they would but be able to make a difference when needed and if needed to step in to help.
I don't even know. Just too much of a high school clique.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We need to work less hours we stand on our feet to long in them hard shoes with no good mates to stand on making us hurt after the day is over

Employees need to be appreciated. With all the changes in management the values of the company have gone out the window. No one care about work/life balance anymore. No one cares about the employees anymore. Hoshizak America is not the same company I started working for years ago, it's worse.
Leadership, management needs leadership training and to stop playing the favorites game.
We need work. But other than that this is a good place to work
Not sending jobs to foreign countries would be a great start. Maybe have the "sales team" actually do their job

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Charge the hour to 8 hours a day better mates in our work area shoe voucher every 6 months
unfortunately, when expressed nothing gets done
Again, no work/life balance. Salaried employees should not have to use PTO time when they don't receive overtime pay. The high school clique mindset needs to go away. Hoshizaki and the executive team and management needs to start caring about their employees again.
Again there's no point in answering this. Nothing changes.
Its hard to get up so early
