Review from Sales Dept

for discrimination laws to be respected

In the workplace its increasingly more difficult and the demand for perfection is to high. A customer could rate an employee a 10 out of 10 but of they dont recommend hot topic that reflects negatively on sales associates and puts their raises and job accountability at risk.

Theres been discrimated , foul words, privacy invaded

hot topic needs to be scary again

They need to stop pushing this loyalty thing because it’s making the employees miserab

I am overworked and underpaid. I got hired upon my college degree... to be paid 8.50 and hour.

Review from Sales Dept

They fired me for no reason To improve i need My sprint bonus the $100 and apologize from them

I don't think there are enough words to describe what should change

Review from Sales Dept

Many customers are displeased with the website orders, as well as the lack of stock in our store. Many licenses aren't selling as well, and a higher demand for more fashion based clothes is repeatedly requested. Less spongebob, more Tripp.

Review from Sales Dept

Loyalty sign-ups shouldn't be graded, employees should not be asked to time themselves on each individual task. Regular employees should not have to fight for their jobs and hours after seasonal employees are brought on. Training could also be exponentially better.

Review from Sales Dept

The way associates are treated by managers is sad and demeaning. We are treated like we’re stupid. I’ve worked there for two years and I get treate

Review from Sales Dept

The management always take each others side and they dont care about their associates they are just another number to them

Review from Sales Dept

Act like a reputable company.

Wage, hours, management, career prospect, more diversity, and structured teams.

Nothing is wrong. Everything is fine.

The employees need to be replaced or improved! They need to get better morals.

Review from Sales Dept

What do you like best about your company?

When I spoke to people outside of my store. The company does have some wonderful people but I did not get the pleasure of working with them often enough to justify staying.

The laid back and collaborative environment & empowerment to innovate.

What would you most like to see improved at your company?

The culture at the store level

More freedom in work space & schedules, more time off/holidays
