It's a great experience. I have only been with the company for 2 months and feel I have gained so much of my personal life back. No commute allows me time for myself and family. I don't feel guilty when I give time to my work because it feels fair and not like I am sacrificing.

We support each other. We care about each others work load and don't mind assisting each other.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited vacation. Having the ability to take the time when needed and not feeling as though you cant.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to assist people and help them grow their business by making something like payroll much easier.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like how relatable they are. They listen and are available when needed. You get a sense that the goal is constant improvement but not at the expense of you or your personal time.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most positive is that we are all focused on improvement. We are a startup and to be surrounded by individuals who are all looking to improve is one of the most positive environments you can be in.
