How encouraging, supportive and appreciative everyone is in the company. We all support each other in every way we can and make sure we show our appreciation for each other.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're the most approachable and supportive leadership team I've ever worked with. They encourage new ideas and suggestions from all team members, which allows for collaboration between teams that leads to stronger relationships and increased productivity.
What makes you most happy at work?
Collaborating with not just my direct team but other teams as well in other departments. We're at a stage that allows us to work with each other bringing new ideas to the table and implementing them a needed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
How "human" everyone is. Even though we're a remote company, we've built strong relationships with each other by simply being ourselves. Professionalism is always expected but can sometimes deter typical human interaction creating a robotic work environment, which no one wants to be apart of.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited time off. Salary and bonuses are great but a work life balance is one of the most important things to have. It drives me to work harder knowing that I can take time off when I want/need to. It prevents that "burned out" feeling that many people face in todays workforce.
