They are so kind and friendly with me. Every time, they encourage me to become a better professional and teach me new things. I have a beautiful environment. :)
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
In Hourly work people so friendly who care about your process and wellness. (I love to have the possibility to eat free at office with my coworkers hihi. :3)
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The thing that I like best about the leadership team is the possibility to communicate our ideas and feel involved in decisions in order to improve our job and ourselves abilities.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm not sure what is my compensation package. For instance, the wellness bonus is okay, lunch at the office and the mac are okay as well. (I haven't received more things). :)
What makes you most happy at work?
To learn new things every time. Despite, I'm very shy and absent-minded, my team makes me feel confident. They say me, It's okay to make mistakes If I could learn about them in order to be a better professional.
