If you'd told me I'd love working in the payroll/ work comp field a few years ago, I would have said that's nuts. But Hourly makes it fun. Everyone is happy to work here, it's kind of wild... there's just a great energy flowing from person to person. Genuinely look forward to logging in every day!
What makes you most happy at work?
Working on new projects and bouncing ideas off my co-workers, knowing that I've represented the company well and made my boss proud, opportunities for creativity being valued. All the good stuff!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel like the work I do is appreciated on micro and macro levels, and it motivates me to do well every day and try and grow to be the best at this job!
