What makes you most happy at work?My friends, they say that you can't make good friends at work but I beg to differ. Also the fact that i can create something that will add value to someone's life is quite satisfying
What makes you most happy at work?, see my clients in my workplace is done the beauty of my hairstyles
What did you like most about the interview process?The people seemed genuine and some were really interested in whatever I had to say. But there wasn't much depth to the interview.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?There is no shared Vision for the whole team. The decision making is done by only ONE person and need for control is very evident. There is no sense of trust and openness.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?In good companies,People-Product-Price matters- in that order but here, the equation is the opposite.Everything starts and ends at price.There is no sense of appreciation for people who create the product.No confidence is shown on people and as low as 4% is given as increment for a year's hard work.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Coworkers are a mix of good, decent and not-so-good people. They can work better if the internal politics get eliminated and they look for the betterment of the system, not by petty, baseless need for power and control. The culture should focus on building a team not talented individuals.
