Investments in the key areas. Too many bottle necks.

quit acting like we are using agile processes. It is lipstick on waterfall.

It was a few years ago and the manager still was confident and positive about the company.

Actually see my work used and have my manager understand the depth and scope of my work. Quit using buzz words to describe it.
