not political issues, and helping only friends instead the real talented people.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
not telling people that will be fired soon because the HP situation

I've seen people take manager positions when they are friends of someone else.
What did you like most about the interview process?
no interviews at all, they just select the person they want to take positions without giving opportunity to others.
