Supportive of each other in our roles and getting the work done.

The transparency of information and their reaction to the pandemic as well as racial disparity
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The annual review process and the bonus! Shutdown at Christmas time is also a bonus!

Getting projects completed in a timely fashion! Supporting our employees (because I work in HR)

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Like most companies we are working on a balance of working from home and going into the office - since I live 50 miles away (one way) I enjoy the opportunities of changes that come to improve workplace balance
