Their camaraderie is palpable and they have such respect for each other and everyone's teams. Love the diversity, unique backgrounds, and balance of veteran and new leadership team members who genuinely care about the future of HP and its employees.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
"The HP Way" is a known concept and still lives on in HP's culture today. Bill and Dave founded HP in 1939 with advanced theories that companies should create products for the betterment of humanity; and that continues to be our north star. We all genuinely want to make a positive impact.
