We are empowered, we collaborate, we assume the best in each other, choosing to believe we all want to do the right thing.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency and candor. I honestly believe they act in the best interests of their employees, customers, our communities and the health of the company
What makes you most happy at work?
The word we do. Our company understands that we are in business to make a profit, but what we DO with those profits is what sets us apart. We invest in our communities, in programs that will serve the needs of our people, planet and communities.
