Mr. Michael G. Nefkens, also known as Mike, has been an Executive Vice President and General Manager of Regions & Industries at DXC Technology Company since April 1, 2017. Mr. Nefkens is responsible for DXC's primary P&L and leads the company's sales, business development and account teams. He served as an Executive Vice President of Enterprise Services and General Manager of Enterprise Services at Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company (HPE) since November 2015. He served as an Executive Vice President of Enterprise Services Business Unit at HP Inc. from December 5, 2012 to November 1, 2015. He served as an Acting Head of HP ES at HP Inc. from August 2012 to December 5, 2012. He served as an Executive Vice President and Interim Lead of Global Enterprise Services at HP Enterprise Services, LLC since December 4, 2012 and August 2012 respectively. He joined HP in 2001. He served as General Manager of HP Enterprise Services (ES)- EMEA and Senior Vice President of HP Enterprise Services (ES)- EMEA at HP Inc. (Also known as Hewlett-Packard Company) from November 2009 to August 2012. He was responsible for driving growth and innovation for HP's applications, business processing and outsourcing services. He led successful customer IT transformations for some of HP's largest services accounts. Over a four-year period, Mr. Nefkens increased customer satisfaction to top of industry and drove record operating profit improvement for 14 consecutive quarters leading up to the spin-off from HPE and merger with CSC. An authority on transformation and cybersecurity, Mr. Nefkens advises boards and Chief Executive Officer's on how to protect their enterprises and has spoken on this topic at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland. A seasoned international executive, he is recognized for the successful turnaround of multiple global businesses in Europe, Latin America and North America. Mr. Nefkens spent 5 years in Europe with HP. Prior to joining Electronic Data Systems (EDS), he spent 10 years with Holland Chemical International NV, where he served a range of executive management positions, including Regional President and General Manager of Mexico, Nicaragua, Venezuela and North America. He served as a Director of Riverbed Technology, Inc. from September 2014 to April 24, 2015. Mr. Nefkens holds a Master of Business Administration from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and a Finance Degree from Texas Christian University.
