He previously served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the HP Autonomy/Information Management business unit at Autonomy Corp. plc, within HP Software. Mr. Youngjohns served as President of North America Sales & Marketing at Microsoft Corporation since December 2007. He served as senior vice president of North America Sales & Marketing at Microsoft Corporation. He served as Senior Vice President of Microsoft Corporation from December 2007 to March 2010. He served as Corporate Vice President of Microsoft Corporation from December 2007 to March 2010. He served as Senior Vice President of Microsoft Corporation since March 2010. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Callidus Software Inc. from, May 31, 2005 to December 1, 2007. He spent 10 years at Sun Microsystems, where he had a variety of leadership positions in sales and general management both regionally and globally. He also had a successful 18-year career at IBM, holding key leadership roles from deep technology specialization to general management. He served as an Executive Vice President of Strategic Development and Financing division for Sun Microsystems, Inc. until April 2005. He served as an Executive Vice President of Global Sales Operations of Oracle America, Inc. (formerly, Sun Microsystems Inc) from July 2002 to 2004. He was responsible for Sun's business in Europe, Middle East and Africa. He served as Vice President of Europe Middle East and Africa for Sun Microsystems Inc. from April 1998 to July 2002. Mr. Youngjohns served as Vice President of UK of Sun Microsystems Inc. from November 1995 to April 1998. He served as a Senior Sun Executive outside the United States, where he was Sun's Representative to the European community and organizations such as the World Economic Forum. From 1995 to 2004, Mr. Youngjohns served several other executive positions at Sun Microsystems, Inc. Under his leadership, Sun Microsystems became the top performing unit worldwide and he received the award of Area Vice President of the year in 1998. He joined Sun in 1995. He has been Director of InMoment, Inc. since August 22, 2017. He serves as a Board Member for Blueprint, SiteCore and Densify. He served as Director of Blackstratus, Inc. He served as a Director of IBM Corporations EMEA RS/6000 business. He served as a Director of Callidus Software Inc. from May 31, 2005 to June 1, 2010. He served as a Director of Netforensics, Inc. He served as a Director of N Brown Group plc, from 1999 to July 2, 2003. He served as a Director of IBM (UK) Ltd. He served as an Independent Non-Executive Director of SunGard Sherwood Systems Limited (now known as FIS Sherwood Systems Limited) from September 2002 to August 15, 2003. He has more than 30 years' experience of sales, marketing and strategic business development and business leadership in the technology industry. Mr. Youngjohns has an M.A. (Honors) in Physics and Philosophy from Oriel College, Oxford University.
