Support, ability to solve problems, perseverance when this get tough. Always seek to do the right thing by our customers.
What makes you most happy at work?
Achieving goals, especially those that are more challenging that others. Working as a team and pulling together to get things done. The sense of belonging.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
You are encouraged to Speak Up when things are not going well, whether that's personally, a problem in work, work life balance, there is no judgement but support to help you address what is needed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are present, not in my day to day role but they hold regular talks with the department, are honest and open regarding future play, approachable, take time to listen and do not turn away from challenges the department faces, they seek to resolve these head on.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The annual benefits enrolment, some of which are fully funded by the company, others which are part funded by yourself and subsidised by the company and others which are fully funded by yourself but at a reduced rate are all worthy benefits. Share scheme is another and the Pension match scheme.
