What is the best part about your compensation package?

Pension and share plans are superb.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Diversity - people from all cultures and mindsets.

What makes you most happy at work?

Good sense of humour in people, benefits, free gym.

What did you like most about the interview process?

Openness, guidance, and structure. Very professionally guided by the HR albeit being extremely slow.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Approachability of the people on surface (although it does not connect to deeper down / translate into actions).

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The bank encourages speaking up but the attitude of the leadership leaves it on paper. When you speak up about something, you become the person creating headache. Leadership values no making a fuss more than actual constructive feedback.
