What is the best part about your compensation package?
Benefits flexabilite pay and comp
Medical dental stock and paid holidays
The extras - paid volunteer time, stock options, profit sharing, the CIA program...
100% employee-ownership - including stock options and profit sharing (in 2019 it was 25%)
I'm treated very well by this company. I am paid very well. I have great benefits including health, dental, vision and life insurance.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Friendly and helpful and nice looking
There's a lot of talent in my group. Everyone brings so much to the table and is willing to share what they know. Only a few people practice the "I know stuff and keep it to myself so I'm invaluable" mentality.
That we are able to work together to get the job done.

Willing to help others and help the community
Employee support is big - Hypertherm has gotten some awards for being adoption-friendly and innovation

Get more comfortable with change and new ideas.
