What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Focus less on new business and more so on keeping your employees happy and less overworked and burned out.
We outsource a lot of talent. I don’t think my boss wants to have US employees at all.
Honestly need a new team. Already lost our CEO and the new one is political, self-serving, and really not inspiring
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am satisfied with my pay
I can make commission so I can manage my own income
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Have not received a raise in 3 years and my promotion is blocked (so they say). Myself and others have had enough

There’s a large cultural divide. It’s transactional

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very well company in iCroossing
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
My CEO makes all the decisions. We have an exec team but there’s no discussion of corp policy
Morale has never improved in 3 years since I have been here. Not a motivating place. Autopilot is the simple word

Its positive and experience at all time

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Less focus on new business, more on keeping your employees happy.
This is just a misguided organization that is losing business. Bad scopes of work that hurt the company, no employee recognition, all about the dollar - and not about the staff. Future employees and clients should look elsewhere
